Please review the Design Guidelines for the required information regarding your submittal, and include it in your submission. Once an application has been received by the managing agent’s office it will be reviewed for completeness. Any missing required information will then be requested. Once all information required for the application has been received by the managing agent’s office, the complete application will then be forwarded to the Architectural Control Committee for review. The Committee has up to 30 days to review and respond to the applicant. Further requests for additional information will reset the 30 day clock for the approval process. Therefore it is imperative that all applicants insure that all required information is submitted to avoid delays in the review process.
